What's your attitude to life?

So I love the show How I Met Your Mother. If any of you have seen it you will know Barney

Stinson is not the best role model to live by. I don't agree with most of his 'morals' or lack of them. But there is one thing abut him......he is damn confident!

He loves to tell himself and others that he is Awesome!

And sometimes I think this is not a bad thing....as long as you don't cross the line and become cocky about it!

Sometimes we just need a wee boost of confidence. So just stop....whatever today has in store for you, whatever worries, trials and challenges. Just stop and tell yourself you are Awesome! :)

So tell yourself...

See how your mood changes....

Decide to be positive....

Decide to be happy....

And hopefully that attitude will reflect onto others.....

Life...

So I have been thinking of these words recently.

I came up with this 'quote' a few weeks ago just when I was thinking about my life...and I was thinking well I do love life and everything that it has to offer....and then I came up with this.

Recently I am totally loving life. And of course we go through phases of loving and hating different parts of our lives.

But we need to realise. It is not all going to be perfect. But we have to grasp those perfect

moments and hold onto

them forever.

Life for me has been fantastic but very emotional over the past few months. Since 2011 began A LOT has changed for me. It has been very interesting. Suffering a lot of heartache, lose, frustration, anger...and trying to come to peace with it all.

It has been difficult but I am getting there. With a lot of love I am getting through. Ya know we totally don't tell those special people how much we love them enough! We need to say those words more often and mean them!

I love life and all its contents!

I am asking you to do the same thing.....appreciate all that you have.
